I've tried Shen Min and have tried it for like 3 months for the price you can get Fot-ki which is what's responsible for any improvement that you may see.
Shen Min did nothing for me at all. I can't say that I noticed a longer growth cycle or anything.
I did do Viviscal, and obtained about 1" per month after time, I stopped because it was getting pricey!! LOL! With the viviscal the growth may seem sudden, like nothing for a long time then BAM!after the 3-6 month period but I guess it's accumlative.
