Alright so I've been on Twin lab Aminos liquieds for about 2 weeks and I'm wondering if it well give me extreme weight gain???

I'm trying lose it but I'm worddied about the extra protain intake

I have noticed in the liquid form, the sugar and carb content is fairly high, so perhaps it may not hurt your normal routine eating, but if you are dieting it may throw it off.

No if anything its help control more of my cravings 4food

What a coincident! I just finished telling my husband about this milk/egg protein shake I've been drinking. It seriously cuts food cravings. I have to make sure I drink it after meals. If I drink it before meals I won't have a meal.

aw... see i kinnda figured that much ....but i was hoping not... Ow... stuck between a rock and a hard place... well maybe i can atleast "maintain" my weight until I' reach my goal in the next two years then go back on my deiting plan?

If you're looking to supplement your protein intake, I highly recommend
Jay Robb protein powders. They're very tasty! The powder doesn't contain sugar or artificial sweeteners (it's sweetened with Stevia, a natural herbal sweetener). It's kind of expensive, though - moreso than the usual stuff you can buy at someplace like GNC.

No problem! I've learned a lot about proper nutrition from his book "The Fat Burning Diet" as well. I started it to help me kick my carb cravings, not really for weight loss, and the protein powder and some other foods he recommends have really helped. In about one month, my body fat has dropped 3 percent and I've lost almost 10 pounds. Just sayin'.:yep:

I was totally amazed. I've tried every pill, powder and potion on the market to control my appetite. I've found two things that made a difference; consistent exercise and this shake. I'll get you the name of it when I get home tonight. I picked it up in HEB (a popular chain grocery store here in Central Texas). It was cheap too. The only down side is it's nasty as all get out alone. I mixed mine with crystal light and it's pretty good. Yesterday I decided to add blackberries and zap it in the magic bullet for 10 second and it awesome! Good enough that I've been thinking about it all day.

ETA: I'm also lactose intolerant and this doesn't bother me at all.

I found it it's called naturade http://www.smartbomb.com/079911024078.html

Your body has a VERY limited storage for protein. All excess is stored as fat.Meaning protein in high amounts could and probably will make you fat. Be careful ladies seriously, itis NOT worth it.

You're right. Excess of anything (protein, fat, or sugar) is stored as fat. This calculator helped me analyze my protein consumption. http://www.unjury.com/reg/calculator.shtml
