I've tried Biotin [the lowest dose] and MSM, and both seem to be taking a toll on my skin [not my face tho] if I don't drink the 6 cups of water daily like I've been doing. Plus, I haven't even seen visible growth, nor is my skin looking any better [worsen from all the bumps & itchiness, if u ask me]!
Are there any vitamins that you all have used that didn't require so much water, but still got amazing growth?
