I didn't start taking supplements until December 2003.
I had a nice amount of growth, but I wanted my body (and hair by default) to have better fuel outside of my poor diet so I added the GNC Ultra Mega Woman vitamins to my regimen.
i was curious about that b/c i read several "feature of the month"s and it seemed like everyone took some type of supplement. i don't take anything, but am considering adding some type of multivitamin to my diet. thanks for the responses.
