Vitamins during a pregnancy

I was just wondering what were some of the vitamins some of you lovely ladies took during your pregnancy, or if you know of what a friend or family member may have take?

I take the prenatal vitamins when I am not in a rush, which is not very often, and when I am in a rush I take Flintstone vitamins. I have noticed that my new growth is thicker, but I have a lot of shedding.

I haven't taken them in years, but mine were actually prescription from my ob/gyn. Not sure what the difference was between prescription and over the counter.

I just took Materna prenatal vits and Omega 3s.
