Vitamins and supplements

I was wondering if there are any other supplements for hair growth. I have msm, fish oil, multivitamin, and a protein shake everyday. Oh yeah, is Fish Oil good for the hair.

Biotin. Fish oil helps hair be shinier and make it a lil softer i believe since its a fatty acid.

Is fish oil the same as Flaxseed oil.

evening primrose oil....i dont know what this does for hair, i just know people on this board take it.
