I am so sorry if this is too much TMI but does taking to many vitamins make you constipaited? I eat a cup of oatmeal a day to help keep me regulated.
 
Calcium and iron can constipate. Also supplements that have foods you might be intolerant to (wheat, gluten, dairy, to name a few) can cause constipation.
 
yeah, i was gonna say the iron thing. doesnt constipate me cause i'm VERY regular but it makes my bm darker than when i dont take it.

regular daily multi vits shouldnt have any effects to your bm though. only if you're taking specific stuff and maybe taking too much.

maybe eat more ruffage? more veggies should help, or some of that stuff that makes orange drink and tastes kinda like tang. i took that when i went on the low carb and all the meat was stopping me up cause all i ate was bacon and steak w/o veggies lol.

ok, i'll stop now before i get all off topic and what not lol
 
I would like to suggest drinking more water. Flaxseed oil capsules usually helps (for me anyway).
