Vitamin Scalp Treatment

I have come to terms that I just can't take Biotin internally. I have come across some Biotin shampoo & cream, etc. (very expensive).

Does anyone crush Biotin pills for a scalp treatment? Or any other vitamin or supplement?

I put vitamin E in my castor oil/EVOO mix. I also have liquid silica that I'm sure would be wonderful on my scalp/hair. I'm thinking about making a vitamin concotion for my scalp.

Anyone do this?
