Vitamin E oil

I bought this 2 weeks ago in one of my pj rages, but not sure how to use this or incorporate this into my hair regimen. Is it helpful to add in DC's? I have been using it on the fine wrinkles on my face.

I incorporated mine into a hot oil treatment (with EVOO, jojoba oil, and some essential oils). It worked okay, but I think I would have liked the treatment more if I had used more jojoba and less EVOO and vitamin E.

Do you do your hot oil treatment before you wash or after?

I put it in my oil mix, DC and add a drop or two to my Lacio Lacio. If you oil cleanse, you can use it for that too.
