Thanks Supergirl. Hopefully you all have heard about the new yogurt smoothie called nouriche by yoplait. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that make for healthy hair and a healthy scalp, many of which are listed on the chart : vitamins A,C,D,E,B6,B12 and Biotin,Niacin,Magnesium,Zinc,Iron,and Folic acid etc... It's pretty good, especially if you like yogurt. :-)
