Biotin users how many grams of biotin are you taking daily and what results are you getting for your hair?

Checking in too. I've been thinking of increasing my dosage from 5mg to 10mg daily

Too soon to tell of it is impacting my growth yet.

I take 10 mg of biotin and noticed stronger nails when I started, 2-3 years ago. Can't say I noticed anything hair-wise, but I also add things to my regimen all willy-nilly, so... :look:
