se ven las caras pero nunca el corazón
Bev Smith, 1997 It's pretty interesting about this community. Their difference is that of biblical Hebrewisms and not today's rabbinical Judaism. I found some interesting historic tidbits in the documentary, namely about the Black presence in the Holyland for a very long time. For instance, Ethiopians have guarded the various areas and not just the Holy Sepulchre (which they now share) for 1,500 years. Enjoy.

BTW, these are NOT the people in Brooklyn and elsewhere screaming at passersby while donning stupid-looking regalia like some b-rated movie set had a fire sale. They have restaurants all over the U.S. and other countries and I've heard their vegan fare is very good. Their kids are now serving in the IDF and some of them have converted formally into rabbinical Judaism to enter full mainstream rights. But I thought it was interesting to hear their perspective.
