Very, Very upset about my Indian Hair!!!

I ordered some Indian Hair from Rkhairproducts.com on Sunday July 24 and I still haven't received my hair yet. It was suppose to be UPS express shipping and I should have received it by at least Thursday or Friday. I ordered two of the 8oz Double Drawn Straight in 1B for my micros. I have been tracking it on ups.com and it says that they were shipped on Monday and that there was a flight delay due to mechanical problems in Hong Kong. I sent an email to them..but I don't think they will contact me. It will probably be another week before I get my hair...hopefully it won't get lost!!! Does this happen to shipments a lot? This was my first time ordering something overseas... I don't know what to do????? I guess I just have to wait...should I call them or give it some more time?? Has anyone else had this problem with shipping?? Sorry...had to release my anger...I am so pissed

Aww sorry it took so long, I ordered on a friday once, and it took longer than i expected, about a week....

In my experience the processed hair from indianhairs (rkhairproducts.com) takes longer than the regular indian hair. My guess is that since it is processed it ships from a different factory? But its only been a week so I wouldnt worry. I have ordered from companies in the US that has taken longer to ship. Last time I ordered (from rk/indianhairs) the ups tracking was not very helpful. The website was saying it was still in India when it arrived at my house

I am sure it will be fine. UPS is very reliable in my opinion. If RKHairs already shipped it, it is now in the hands of UPS. It has only been a week, so i would give it a few days and then check the trakcing system again. If it does get lost, then contact RKHairs to see if they got insurance and if you can get it reshipped. The good thing about UPS is that the tracking is there for all of their parcels and RKHairs does not have the risk of someone saying that they did not get it when they really did.

Anyway, I am sure it will be okay. When are you getting your hair done? I just hope they get to you before your appointment.

Well the Bad news is that I had to reschedule with my braider..because I had planned on getting it done soon....(bad on my part for depending on it to be here without considering stuff happening) ... but I checked it today and they rescheduled my shipping delivery date, so at least I know that it's still coming.
