Very 1st Bantu Knots (with pics)

Hello, this is my first bantu knot attempt on very much in need of a wash, overly oily hair. I'm pleased with my first attempt and hope the next time it'll look even better on clean, not so oily hair. Let me know your thoughts and tips for improvement.

I know we discuss protective styling...so how are you protective styling your bantu knots to keep them from hanging on your shoulder? (buns, ponytails, etc?)

I did them on lightly straightened hair, but unfortunately for all the work, my hair fell by midday . The heat and humidity in the South

I will try them in the future on my natural hair.
