Venting..."Your hair only grew becaus it was summer"!

A co -worker told me ..."The only reason I saw so much growth this year was, because of the summer and because I was never natural before". She went on to let me know that, "now that winter was on its way my hair would slow right down". Of course now she has given me the fire I needed to step things up . Now I have to prove her wrong. I know hair can become sluggish from time to time (winter or summer), but she sounded almost glad when she made the statement. .

My hair is in it's 'resting phase' in the winter so I dont get as much growth. BUT...my hair do grow. You will just have to show her what you can do.
