Veils: Does it have to match the dress?

I didn't want to wear one initially, but FH insists. He wants the whole traditional experience of the mystery behind the veil, lifting it up etc. So I'll wear one during the ceremony only, for him.

The thing is my dress will be either blush or light pink. Does the veil have to match the dress? I've only been able to find veils in white.
