V05 Strawberries & Cream

I've heard alot about using V05 strawberries & cream conditioner for CO washes, but does anyone use the shampoo as well?
I must say that I've been on this board since around 9 or 10am and I'm about to pass out if I read another post. I love the infomation but this board is so addictive. I was out work today reading posts(knowing I was WRONG), luckily it was a Saturday with few people there.
Anyway I brought the V05 shampoo and the conditioner and i also brought some monistat 7. Like I said I've reading too many posts today.
I need to call product junkies anonomyous.

I use the conditioner as the first conditioner when I CWC. I thought about buying the shampoo but at the last minute thought against it. However, I absolutely love the smell.

I have never used the shampoo. Is is supposed to be moisturizing? Is it for normal or dry hair? Just wondering....

It doesn't say for what hair type but it's a moisturizing shampoo with soy milk protein and it was only 1.19 in Walgreen's. I think it's cheaper @ Walmart.
