using Curls Products..need help!

Hey yall, I recently ordered samples of some curls.biz products and I got:
1. Curls Curl Milkshake
2. Curls Spiral Curls Cream
3. Curls Quenched Curls Moisturizer
4. Curls Whipped Cream

it feels as if Im putting water on my hair with these products....no results whatsoever...I can't believe it! I sort of like the whipped cream...but still...not great. Am I applying them wrong? ALL I got was a big fluffy, tangled mess on my natural hair. I applied #3 and #2 and then I got mad and slapped #1 and #4 on there too..lol ...again....NOTHING. Im so mad right now...maybe yall can recommend your steps if you have purchased these products and they work for you. I think Im goin to try something else........I need a product that will define my coils and cut down on shrinkage...yet weigh down my hair enuff to control the frizz and fluff w/out the jhericurl look (no offense to anyone who likes it).....any suggestions?

Maybe you're using too much of them-or not enough. Do you use them on wet or dry hair? Before or after blow drying? I use coconut oil and Fantasia IC Sparkle Lights gel on my hair-I'm natural too btw.

I used them on wet hair. I love the Fantasia IC Sparkle Lights gel ...but I hate having to apply a gel everyday to my hair.........I may try the fantasia gel plus curls whipped cream..to see if it that combo works after I take my twists out (i twisted it up b/c i didnt get good results..lol..got fustrated)

It helps to mix products. One product alone has never been enough for me, it ususally had to be in conjunction w/ another product.
