I'm an ingredient hound; I keep an ongoing, color-coded listing of the ingredients of every product I use, which makes it easy for me to select products for use (it also makes it easy to point others in the right direction if they're looking for products with/without certain ingredients). There was a time when my hair was very picky, so I had to keep tabs on things to avoid hair foolishness.
I agree @shawnyblazes . It's pretty awesome that she offers such a wide range of options from head to toe.
