URGENT: FHI VS. SEDU. WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET?

i dont have an answer for you on this one. I am curious to know how your poll turns off. I have the Maxiglide and have never used it.

well after all the reviews i read on the site, i gave in and ordered the sedu. it's twice as much as the fhi but i hope it's worth it.

I have a sedu. I am not sure if it's necessarily better than other flat irons but what I do love about it is that the plates are smooth as marble. I think that keeps my hair from getting snagged. Unfortunately, no matter how good the flatiron, I just need high heat to get my naturally curly hair straight. :/

I'm trying to find a cheap(like the ones you find at Target, Rite Aid and other stores) brand cause i canNOT afford the $100-200+ ones at all right now(and prolly not for quite a while) I'm trying to see how my hair would look straightened up later on this year since its going into cooler season that way my hair will stay str8 longer but i dont have a good electric ceramic flat iron. Only ones i could afford are the revlon kinds i see in the stores i mentioned. How about if i get the hair products that CHI or maxiglide or any of those other expensive flat irons use and then use a cheaper flat iron for it? Would that work?

Get a Sedu, I just bought a new one, and my old one lasted 4 years. I don't get snagged hairs, it makes my hair smooth and shiny...I love it, love it, love it.

i heard the Andis flat irons they sell at walmart work really well they're around $15

Are you relaxed? I would say if your relaxed get the sedu. If you are thinking about having natural hair go with the FHI. I actually purchased both to do my own comparison.

I ended up keeping the FHI, it worked better on my new growth and I was transitioning to natural. The sedu worked better on my relaxed hair to me.

I agree. Sedu for relaxed and FHI for natural. I normally use the sedu and love it! My stylist used the FHI on my hair and it turned out stringy-straight.
