I noticed you're taking cod liver oil. How's that coming along? Notice any improvements? I've been taking for almost 3-4 months now and I haven't really noticed any significant changes. It could just be me!

The cod liver oil is mainly for healthy skin and bones. I haven't been taking it regularly (3 pills a day - shoot, i can barely remember to match my panties with my bras

Girl you ain't never lied about CaramelHonee being another Adrienne. She has always been my hair idol b/c of the growth she achieved in 3 years but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw these pics. I’m taking CaramelHonee and Adrienne’s advice about the protective styles I’m headed to the beauty supply this weekend to get me a drawstring ponytail.

When i saw your feature of the month i brushed it off thinking that you have always had long hair. But i was amazed to see that you gain a majority of your length in only 1 year. You are truly inspirational.

i am definately a firm believe in protective styling. Also, not listening to the inner me telling me to cut my hair off every summer helped too
