I am sure I suffered some breakage, but it is not enough to notice it. Because i had the braids in for so long, my ahir matted at the base, so it toook forever to detangle the matted hair. I am sure i lost hair beyond the narmal shedding, during this process.

Your hair is GORGEOUS!! :eek::love: You have made a lot of progress and it does look that your hair is at for very closely to WL. :clapping: I don't know if anyone asked this yet or not, but what kind of braids did you get? Did the braids contribute to your hair growth?

I had synthrtic braids in my hair (box braids in back, corn rows in front) the braids didnt help me grow my hair, they have helped me to rretain my enght. my hair grown very fast in these few months adn i contribute that growth to my new vitamin regime and diet
