Little Little Little Heat. And deep conditioning (Olive Oil Replenishing) and I also use a leave in conditioner(Africa's Best Mayo Leave In)

Good Progress. Just keep the hair moisturized with the color. You are doing good. Keep up the good work.I could not do it anymore. I had color for years it tore up my hair it looked and felt dry and straw like. I still getting over it. HHG
