UPDATE...Relaxer touchup

UPDATE: Ok I got my hair retouched Friday evening and drumroll.....I gained 1.5 and 2 inches in some places with trim. I am so estatic.

There is a but though...My hair is breaking more than usual. I was careful to get rid of all the relaxer and i watched like a hawk to make sure she only did the new growth. Is this normal? Should I just keep using my 2 minute reconstructor until it stops? <font color="purple"> </font>

Congratulations!!!

I heard that hair breakage (more than usual) after a relaxer is caused by not neutralizing enough. Anyone else hear this? You might want to clarify, use the Joico K-Pak (that is great for stopping breakage), then deep condition.
