Update re Mineral Rich and Low BP

Well, I've been keeping record of my BP since my last Dr appointment, and it was very low. I'm 100% sure there was a problem with the cuff used to take my BP. For the past 8 days, my BP has been normal except for Election night when it was off the chart . So, for those who were concerned about using MR because of low BP, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I have a follow up with my Doctor on Friday, so I'll be able to check my BP again. During my visit last month, it was 10 pts lower than usual. I'll definitely report back to the challenge thread!
