I'm so happy! I have finally come close to a perfect roller set thanks to you guys and I've found the perfect leave in

. I had posted a while back asking if this was any good. Well I got it as a gift and I've been using it off and on trying to decide how it was affecting my hair. Well the verdict is in, I love this stuff! Tracy had mentioned it being loaded with protein, so I have to check that out, but so far it's the best detangler I've ever used. I'm sitting under the dryer right now and rollersetting my hair was a breeze, usually I loose about 50 hairs during rollersetting (my hair tangles easily), but this time I only lost about 20, my hair becomes instantly softer and detangled after spraying with this product. I wonder if anyone else has been using it continuously for a while, if so did the protein cause your hair to get dry and break after a while?

Oh it's got a lot of protein ES - but it's STILL a staple for me. Nothing beats the shine and smoothness I get with this leave in. I've sung it's praises on many an occasion - it's got GREAT benefits that a lot of leave in's don't.....

There's an interesting story about a woman's whose hair wouldn't color because of this stuff (a good thing!) somewhere in the annals of this bastion of info.. D
I rotate this, Infusium, and Motions Leave in...all three are wonderful. Infusium and Fantasia are the two that I would say truly IMPROVE the hair for the long haul....

I warn people about the protein because I've been reprimanded once or twice for not mentioning when a poster or two got a little crunch from it

I ALWAYS warn now....

Enjoy!

I love it. It has been a staple in my arsenal for years. Nothing gives me better detangling.

Serena - joyous didn't mention crunch - I did. I've neverhad anything major...my hair just gets a little more stiff feeling and my ends a little crackly, just a little - after long periods of use. A clarifier or changing my leave in fixes it every time. I usually get bored with it before that ever happens....

Thanks for the response, Tracy

. I know you said that you got just a little 'crunch', so I was trying to see whether Joyous had a similar experience, or whether she got more crunch than you did. I'm flirting with the idea of giving the product a try, but I've got to be careful: a little protein goes a LONG way on my hair! For example, it seems that I dare not leave protein conditioners on for more than two minutes max, otherwise my hair is 'tough' for about two weeks after, no matter how much moisturising I do. However, if the crunch is minimal, I may still give Fantasia a try - that is, after the effects of the last protein conditioner I used (about two weeks ago, and my hair is STILL 'tough') have worn off a bit!
