Update: Fotki & Other Sites You Post Hair Pics

Ladies,

I cannot express how much I enjoy seeing your hair pictures, hair tips and such you post on Fotki and other external sites.

However some ladies have let their subscription on these sites lapse or have closed the accounts. But they have left the link to said closed/lapsed account here at LHCF. I ran into this situation 7 times over this past weekend.

So please take some time to update your links so that when we click in we can see your healthy hair and not a error message.

Fotki is now requiring payment and even though its less than $2, im not paying a site to host my pics.

Yeah, I haven't posted any new pics in years!

Someone started a thread around here asking about it and a few of us decided to keep Fotki alive - if even for a little while longer. It helped me soooo much when I first started my hair journey. Plus, I have so much stuff on there.

I probably won't pay again though. I just needed some time to download all my pics and verbiage so I can post them somewhere else.

Even though my fotki is somewhere collecting dust I liked it better than IG cuz you can put things in categories instead of having to scroll through hundreds of pics. I wish IG had that.

I didn't know you had to pay for fotki now.
