uneven new growth

I have been growing out my relaxer since Nov.9, 2007.
When my hair is in a wet bun..the right side of my head is nice and wavy and the left is all perm and straight! did this happen to ne one else??
any solutions???

I have this same problem. I am transitioning also. The middle of my hair has about 1.5" more growth than the back of my head. And well the front is slow slow....

I don't think there is much you can do about it - except to let your hair keep growing. There is also the added fact that your texture is probably different all over your head. I range from 3c-4b.

From what I have read from our sistas here, you never really know what you are gona get till you BC. For me that will be sometime next year when my hair says its time.

Yeah, mine is like that too. In some places, I could have two inches of growth, in others, I barely have a half inch
