Hello,

UK ladies, can anyone pls recommend hairdressers that do texlaxing. I'm tempted to do it myself but I know I'll leave it in for too long and lash it up.

It doesn't have to be at a salon if you know of anyone who does it at their home I'm happy to pop along providing they do a good job, charge a reasonable price and are not too far away from me. I'm in north london.

TIA

sorry, I am strictly a self texlaxer. I am too scared to go to salon here.

What Jade said. The reason I think a lot of us are texlaxed is because we do it ourselves. When you go to a salon, it seems the only option these days is relaxer (bone straight).

I have a tutorial in my album if you think it may help. The key I find is relaxing in sections therefore you do not overprocess your hair. I just finished texlaxing this afternoon and cut myhair. It's still very thick...post pics later, so it is possible to do it yourself with great results.
