You can get Castor Oil from your local Black Hair shop. Alternatively, if there is not one near you, try local Indian/Asian food shops as they are likely to sell Coconut oils, Amla oils, castor oil etc.

I didn't get mine from Tesco/ Sainsbury's. I don't think they sell such oils- not that I know of anyway

I got mine from Pak, a black hair shop in London. If worst comes to worst, you can get it on Ebay although the price may be inflated. I pay £1.49 for a bottle at my local black hair shop.

I'm not from the UK, but when i visit I always stock up on products and I've seen castor oil in regular black or Asian hair shops. However, if you cant find any there, you can usually find it at the pharmacy (at least in sweden) but it's pricer.

Getting it from a hair shop is cheaper though. Are you in London?

thanx ladies no im not in london im in plymouth down in the south west there arent any black hair shops here but ill hunt for the asian stores,i asked in superdrug the other day but they said they dont carry castor oil ill look for the smaller chemists

I'm surprised Superdrug didn't have it. Try one of the smaller chemists. That's where I got mine from. I had to go to one today and asked because I was thinking of this thread, and it's behind the counter.
