A great ceramic straightener and an ionic blow dryer with a pik attachment and a cool setting.
I was thinking of just getting aphrodite brand but I was hoping to find something better.

I've been thinking about getting a flat iron for my b'day next month and i've been looking in the argos book, have you checked in there yet they have quite a few.

yeah they don't look too great to me, in the argos catalogue. I was looking at www.pakcosmetics.co.uk and am looking at the corioliss px1 professional but I don't want to spend a lot of money on something I won't like...I've used aphrodite and liked it but want to upgrade.

I wouldnt recommend getting an aphrodite hair dryer simply because all the prongs broke off my comb attachment

I got a FHI platform and an FHI ionic hairdryer from http://www.saloneasy.com. The hair dryer is amazing and dries fast even on a low setting, unfortunately it does not come with a comb attachment.

I dont know about any dryers/straighteners in Argos, at least you can take it back if its no good!

Please avoid the aphrodite straightener and blow dryer - I bought them 2 years ago and I would not recommend them.

I'm sorry I can't be of any help about what to get though....

Thanks. The straightener is not a big problem anymore, it's easier to find but, an ionic blow dryer with pik attachment...I can't find any!!! I just can't deal with ones that don't have a comb attachment unless I can just fit any old one onto it...
Are there any ionic blow dryers with cool setting that you can fit a regular pik attachment onto??

I'm looking for an ionic hair dryer too, I've just found this one in argos it's not cheap though!! Its by Toni and Guy. In the review someone says that the teeth fitting is too small, I guess it depends on how you section your hair? At £38.99 I'm still looking!! I don't use heat often enough to justify it.
