Anyone uses these products? UAN PRODUCTS A natural-haired friend raves about her hair's softness using these products (her hair's shoulder-lenghth.) I'll probably buy that Crema moisturizer!

I have almost half a bottle of UAN Crema Plus, which is a creamy protein conditioner. I have mixed feelings on it. It seems to work "better" when I've had a fresh touch-up. A few weeks into my relaxer, it makes my hair dry and dull, and I moisturize the heck out of it after rinsing out the Crema Plus. You mention your friend's a natural, and I'm not going to go so far as to say relaxed heads won't benefit, but again, I got only marginal results at best.

Also, the smell puts me in the mind of Terax conditioner, which also did nothing for me, so, um, hmm . . . interesting. But try it by all means! Maybe I'll try one of the shampoos.

Hiya, don't protein conditioners just strenghthen the hair shaft? It seems you did the right thing to do is moisturize after. I doubt the products would work more for natural or relaxed; hair is hair. But I'll try Crema and let you know..
