Thanks Songbyrd517, Lindy, Dangerously Shy, CatSuga.. All you ladies have beautiful hair! :) I've been away from the board for awhile, boy there are more 3's than I thought.

Vinatgecoilylocks.....is that your hair in your avatar? And do you have an album? You are doing your thing....waistlenght unstreched 2/3 hair!!!!! Awesome. :)

Saddity1,

That is my first goal not me yet, I figured I need Classic length to loosely wrap my hair and have it fall wear the Lady in the painting is. Its just so rare to find a nice simple styled puffy long hair photo. She has about the same volume I have also . I've always loved this painting any way. I don't want to wear my hair out flying all around but to some day be able to copy this style would be heaven. I consider my hair officially waist because of the layers. Hope to keep it growing and will let the layers take care of themselves. The top one at waist stretched trails still by around 6 inches.

Hey I had to search all over the place to find some old threads so I can find some hair buddies and fotki albums w/my hair type.
I'm 3c/4a combo. :D I'm adding friends like crazy on fotki so I can stalk these beautiful informative albums. I need to keep hope alive when I wanna relax this bush. :lachen: That texturizer laughed at me but it did help with product absorption and retaining moisturer.

(its all dlewis fault):look:

i really don't consider myself anything cause my hair is so strange. i've seen maybe 3 or 4 gals with hair similar to mine.

check out my album on LHCF at the freshly washed pic and see if we're cousins.

there's about 6 inches of natural wavy madness there, more than enough to compare i'd think.

good luck finding a hair twin (it's so much harder than i thought it'd ever be)

3c. girls, you wouldnt believe how curly my hair is! instead of the wavy-braidout look from too much flatironing...i have clearly defined bouncy ringlets sprouting from my scalp!!!! it's crazy. i feel like im transitioning!
