Since I have cut my hair, I cannot get my twists to stay in, so I want to add some type of hair to make them last longer. Any reco's on what hair to use, I don't want kinky hair that stuff is like wool to me.

I can't recommend anything, but your hair is so pretty! Got me over here drooling over those curls, LOL. Good luck with your extensions!

I would think regular kanekalon would do it, that's what I've used before, I deleted the pics I had from before.

Yea...my siggy has all three types of kinky twist hair possible to use. If you look in my fotki you can see a good picture that shows the three different types of hair. But i do agree that regular kanekolon hair will work.

The hair used in the pic jadedfaerie posted isn't regular kanekalon. That woman's screenname is Pisces if I"m not mistaken and I believe she said the hair brand was Nina and the texture was jherri curl or something like that. If I can find my link to her album I'll post it.

Now you can use regular kanekalon, but it won't hold at the ends. You'll have to curl and set with hot water. I used regular kanekalon on my daughters hair and did unbraided twists that are virtually undetectable. When I post pics I'll show you how the ends look. Her natural hair is past bsl and had deep waves so the kanekalon matches up well.

I use Magic Touch 100% Kanekalon for my twists and they come out like the ones in jaded's pic. I will be putting them in this weekend and will post pics. HTH Q

Thanks I really love your twists! Did either of the brands you used feel hard and seem drying to your hair? How long have your twists been in?
