Turn off PM Messages & Moderate who leaves Visitor Message?

Is there a way to turn on 'moderation' so that I'll have to approve any visitor messages before they're posted on my profile?

Also, is there a way for me to turn off pm messages so that I don't receive them anymore or limit the people that can send me messages?

Under your profile go to Customize profile in the upper right hand corner. Then once you do that you look on the left hand side and click on edit options. From there you can adjust what you want.

Click User CP
Look for the Settings & Options menu in the left column
Click Edit Options

Under Messaging & Notification you can disable PMs entirely or limit to contacts and Moderators, same goes for Visitor Messaging. I'm not sure about moderation and approval of messages.
