Ok, I think I am well on my way to becoming an official P.J.

I ran out today and grabbed me the "Direct leave-in conditioner" and the "Vitapro fusion leave-in treatment".

I only started off with these two b/c I wanted to see how my hair liked it before getting the whole line.

I am really excited about using an oprganic product, and seeing if it leaves my hair as smooth as the conditioner I currently use.

If anyone has used any of these leave-ins, please let me know if I am sopposed to use a rinse-out conditioner b4 these leave-ins, or if I can just shampoo, and apply.

I will post results.

championgurl, prepare to fall in love!
I've used both of the leave-ins and liked them both, although Direct is my absolute fave. I always used them after using a rinse-out conditioner.
The vitapro fusion is especially moisturizing, for a liquid leave-in. And the Direct makes my hair really soft.

And, um, just in case you want to know...if you want to try one of their rinse out conditioners, go for the 50:50 Balanced Remoisturizer :sekret:

cincy, you can get it at most health food stores, vitamin shoppe, etc. Or if your grocery store has an organic/healthy stuff section, you might find it there (I know the Hyvee store here has it). You can get it a million places on-line. It's pretty cheap at Vitacost

I rotate this leave in for my rollersets. It's a very light leave-in so it won't weigh your hair down. It leaves my hair very soft and swinging whenever I use it!

Black Cardinal, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS STUFF!!!!! My hair has never detangled so easily and I am 9 weeks post relaxer. My NG was easy to comb through and I ony lost ONE hair.

I got mine at the "Your Good Health" store. I don't know if they have it in the U.S, but it's a vitamin shop here in Ontario Canada.

I will DEF. be going back for the 50:50 Balance! That's the one I almost snagged today.

Yeah, this stuff is the best (Giovanni Direct). It makes my hair really soft. I want to try the other leave-in as well.

Giovanni Direct is the BEST stuff ever. I began a quest few months ago for natural products. I wanted to cut a lot of the synthetic ingredients out of my products so that my relaxer would really by the only thing that wasn't. My hair has loved this so far. The Giovanni Direct makes rollersetting a breeze and it really is wonderful for NG. It's given me confidence to stretch until Christmas! Woo hoo!

oh wow!!!!!!

giovanni direct is my staple leave in conditioner...!!!! i add a small amount of aloe vera gel to it for extra softness and moisture.. works like a charm...!!!!! i add giovanni to my hair right after i rinse a deep conditioner from my hair and right before i rollerset it..

oh, it's a great detangler as well!!!!!!!!

I used Giovanni Direct when I airdry my hair in a bun...IT is the best and leaves my hair so soft.

I purchase mine from Whole Foods (on sale NOW by the way)...I just bought the gel yesterday.......and OOOOoooooooooo it layed my hair down so nice with out dryness, without flakes and does not make it hard at all. I LOVE IT!!!!

I was looking for a gel that was gentle and finally found one--it is great for my transitioning hair.
