Trendy Christian clothing

This may have been asked before but where do you guys buy your nice Christian apparel? I don't like more traditional stuff personally:ohwell:. NO offense to anyone who does:nono::duck:. Here is one of my favorite places to shop.

http://www.c28.com/

I decided a while back if major retailers can make shirts and stuff that is offensive and explicit in nature but yet proudly worn by their consumers, I can wear my stuff proudly proclaiming my beliefs too.:yep: Not to offend:nono: but b/c I believe just as strongly in supporting my cause.

I go to local Boutiques for trendy yet classy apparel.

Also- Bebe, Banana Republic, H&M, just to name a few has some trendy cute clothing as well.

Most of the time we have to make sure the clothes compliment our body type. Someone that has curves cannot wear the same shirt, or skirt as someone who has a slender physique; And vice versa.

Thanks Pink Pebbles! I need to clarify:blush: I meant things that actually have scriptures or clearly Christian logos displayed on them:yep:

Oh, ok...:giggle:...I'm slow today!

Hhhm, I wonder if they have t-shirts or other apparel at Christian book stores!?!

I was wondering the same thing just a few days ago. I get tired of seeing "Your boyfriend wants me" type of T-shirts at every store :nono: even at Wal-Mart and K-Mart. Even though my wardrobe is a little more professional now, I still like to wear cute tees when I work out or on a casual day out.

Yeah that's me too. My casual wardrobe is an eclectic mix of things :giggle: but it works for me.

I've been thinking about making my own t-shirts, actually...I have a couple cute ideas cooking up... I like the shirts in the pics posted though, especially the "Perfect Love" one. I like the snarkiness of the "nice eternity" one, but I'm not sure I'd wear it, lol.

i used to wear stuff like that back in the day when i was young. now i think that stuff is silly. i don't wear "trendy" anything with logos, scriptures, words, sayings etc. i won't even do a nikos cousin shirt. none of that appeals to me even if it is "christian" logo/scripture/sayings trendy wear.

I LOVE Christian tee's personally. Honestly, I haven't bought any in quite some time. I love to represent Christ and these can be some good evangelistic tools.

Thanks for sharing this site!

Really? If you do I'd love to see some of your ideas in action:yep:. Please post photos when the time comes. Nubiennze, they do accept designs from customers. Plus they donate a part of all sales to one of three worthy charities and they do a lot of outreach ministry as well.
Here are 2 more designs I like.

Now that heart one is really cute.

Here's another website that I like. They are doing a campaign called 1 Million Walking Billboards For Christ:
On April 9th 2010, SonGear.com is searching for one million Christians who own a Christian T-Shirt and/or hat to volunteer to participate in "One Million Walking Billboards for Christ” by wearing them for the day.** It can be ANY Christian T-Shirt ** Other billboards could include signs in businesses, on buses, internet web sites, etc. SonGear is also challenging all participants and friends who may not be able to participate, to take time to pray for this event daily as well as our leaders, service personnel, and our country from today until the event … and continue thereafter.

Will this cause others to take a step towards committing their lives to Jesus Christ? Will this help other Christians realize the community is large and supportive? Will this help those Christians who have stepped away from the Christian lifestyle to return? Will it cause someone to go home and open their Bible and read God’s Word? Will it strengthen us in our walk with Christ? Only God knows.

But we do know that His Word never returns void, and this opportunity will counter some of the anti-Christian messages that are out there. If you have any feedback on things that happened as a result of this event, Songear.com would like to compile them and put them on our site.
