Tree Braids..will this hair retain the CURL??

I want to get some individual braids done, i like the way this hair looks.. its human hair but not virgin hair...do you think that if i wash this type of hair the curls will still hold.

I want to get this in 16 inches, but only if the curls will remain...any advice welcome.

In my experience, pre-curled synthetic hair holds the style much better than human hair with minimum effort on your part.


Dontspeakdefeat has great examples of tree braids in her album and I think she alwayed used synthtic hair!

Hi and thanks for the info, Virgin hair just means its come straight from someones head...basically. No chemicals applied etc..

I found some remi hair that ill use but thank you for your response x

I agree. Once you wash the human curly hair from the BSS a few times it's going to look fuzzy/matted. It doesn't hold up well. Either buy synthetic or spring for remy curly.
