This week I make 18 weeks, no problems at all so far, been doing wet buns for majority of time/ or blowing out...

Haha, that's the best. My first 7 months transitioning were unknowingly too, I can't even remember what I was doing to my hair at the time.

The downside is that I have no pictures of my first 7 seven months, but it did feel like I had a head start!

I do, when I slather in cantu shea butter... I kinda live for this right now... But usually I do not comb, I just wet for another bun...

Eta: Darn, I need to work on bun game, lol, after viewing pictures posted... I think its just the angle... Wet hair wrapped around... and then tied down for about 30 minutes...

Do you plan on completing your transition to fully natural or are you just long-haul stretching? Cuz if you plan to relax/texlax again then it's not really a transition But congrats nonetheless on the amount of time. I live by wet buns/jaw clips

I call it transitioning to get myself amped to idea of not turning back... Although I have an appt set for 21 weeks in calendar... Iunno, soooo conflicted... lol... I been contemplating, stretching for like 3/4 years... Lol...

I want something new, but fearful of that change... erplexed...
