I LOOOOVE IT. Actually, I use it specifically for the slip it gives. It is VERY moisturizing on my hair. It works better than my Nexxus Humectress-honestly. Aussie Moist is crucial for combing through my new growth after about 9 weeks. Its cheap too. Here are the ingredients:

water, stearyl alcohol, cyclopentasiloxane, cetyl alcohol, steartamidopropyl dimethylamine, psidium guajava fruit extract (guave extract), pyrus malus (apple) fruit extract, prunus armeniaca officinalis (sage) leaf extract, dimethicone, glutamic acid, fragrance, benzyl alcohol, EDTA, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone.

HUmmm. I think the Aussie DEEEP coats my hair more than it really moisturizes. Its supposed to be a "reconstructor" but I don't consider anything to be a "reconstructor" unless it has protein in it. This doesn't have any protein. I use the DEEEP with Tea Tree Oil. It makes my hair easy to comb and it keeps it soft.

There are two things that I wish I would have used during the beginning of my transition...that's Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Moisturizing Conditioner...and Jojoba Oil (as a moisturizer). I only started using the AO conditioner near the end of my transition...but I know it would have made my entire transition a lot easier. I had a hard time finding a good conditioner that detangled well...and didn't dry my hair out down the road. It has great slip...it's thick...and unlike other conditioners that claim to be moisturizing...it actually is!

You should try the Ultra Smoothing Conditioner by AO. It's GREAT.

amen to the honeysuckle rose conditioner!!!!!!!! AO's new formula is phenomenally moisturizing...!!!!!!!I now add some of it to my giovanni direct leave in and the results are phenomenal... my hair comes out a little softer and fluffier...my new signature pic is proof positive..... i sometimes mix it with ao jojoba and aloe conditioner and GPB for a moisturizing/strengthening deep conditioner.......what a heavenly mixture......
