Hi all with all this rave about sebastians color shines, i wanna get this prod. but im on a budget and wanna get it as cheap as possible - (i plan to do it myself) - yep im one a those! LOL /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I got mine from Ray's Beauty supply store. It's located on 8th Ave and 46th St. I'll double check the cross street might be a street higher or lower.

Ray's is on 8th Ave btw 45th and 46th. The Colorshines costs about $20 or $22.

F2B is right - you can buy the Colorshines at Rays on 46th and 8th. You can also get it at Optima Beauty Supply on John and Nassau Streets. You can pretty much get it at MOST beauty supplies in NYC - but wherever you go it will be between 20 and 25 dollars. It lasts several applications though. I've never found it for cheaper - but if you do - holla at your girl! /images/graemlins/grin.gif
