That one is very old...dont listen to it...LOL, I was a newbie for sure when I wrote it.

How often? Every 8 to 12 weeks
Processing time? After full head application I let her leave it in for about 5 minutes
What Brand? Mazani No-Lye


Shampoo/Condition:
How Often? Once or twice a week
Anything special? I leave ORS conditioner in my hair during the day for 1 chosen day during the wk
What Brand? Shampoo – Head & Shoulder Dry Scalp; Conditioner – ORS


Daily Styling:
How Often? Protective styles 50 - 65% of the time
Anything Special? Barely any heat, Wash-n-go mainly or Pony Tail Roller Set,
Products? Chi Silk infusion (Serum) and Giovanni Leave in

Special Notes:
Vitamins? Biotin/B vitamins, Fish Oil, Saw Palmetto and Juice Plus

Did you get rid of the Chi Keratin mist? If so why?
