Honorable mention: S-Curl. The price depends on the size, but a smaller bottle is under $10 (8 oz. for about $6.99 at the drug store). I usually buy the 32 oz refil bottle for $11.99 at a local BSS (much cheaper per ounce) and it lasts for about 6 months.
