To what do you owe the LHCF?

Just a question I contemplated as I was taking a bath a little while ago.

For me, it is:

1. A wonderful community of patient, non-judgemental on-line friends who "keep it real";

2. The difference between a protein deep conditioner and a moisturizing deep conditioner; and

3. New knowledge and awareness of all of the products available to gain and maintain strong, healthy hair, of whatever length

Thanks for all the knowledge, advice and encouragement ladies! My hair is healthier thatn ever! With the help of the ladies on this board I know that I will be able to retain healthy and vibrant hair!

I was thinking last night while washing my hair. A year ago I didn't know how to choose a hair product. I also didn't know the proper way to use them. It was basic shampoo, conditioner, hair lotion and a blow dryer. Wow the things I know now. My hair is the longest it has been in a long time. Thanks LHCF!!!!

Lee- My hairdresser and I were discuss how damaged my hair was last year. She was given me props for my length and condition. She couldn't beleive how healthy my hair has become. I feel really empowered now because I have such much hair knowledge.
