I thought I read a post awhile back talking about having problems ordering directly from the website so, where is the best place to order these products from? TIA

I didn't have any problems ordering from the website. It just takes forever to ship. You can also order from curlmart.com

Curlmart was the best place to order from IMO BUT you can no longer order from them. Their website has another internet provider but their shipping is outrageous. You'll be better off ordering directly from QB and just waiting patiently to receive your items.
