those of you who do ayurvedic tea rinses...

do you rinse it right away after pouring it on your head?


if you let it sit...how long?

I usually put a plastic cap ( with that cotton coil around the edges) and leave it on for about 30 mins

I use a herbal cleansing hair rinse. It's a powder that mixes with warm water. The directions say to leave on for two minutes.

I also use a herbal hair rinse that comes in tea bags. In the tea bags are either rosemary or nettle. I just leave it on and don't rinse out.
