I went from this
To this
After a haircut. I feel like I'm right back where I started when I first found LCHF.
I haven't had a trim in over a year and needed one. I feel like I'm getting NOWHERE! Two months of babying my hair just flew out the window with a snip of a scissor! I feel like I'm NEVER going to have hair down my back ever again! Everytime I get up to do my hair now, I feel disappointed.
I'm starting to ask myself "why are you doing this? Your hair looks like crap anyway."

i had a stylist to cut my hair like that i was SL and she decided to cut my hair to NL ( she said she was going to give me a trim) so when i saw what she did i was very upset but i picked myself up( after a few days) and learned how to braid my hair (the crown and glory method and youtube vids) and press my way forward. I know its hard but WE ALL KNOW you can do it. Just keep focus
