I am a fine haired natural and although I can't see your pictures I'm excited for you. No technique has ever worked for me with straightening my hair unless I go to a salon. I'd like to try it for myself (successfully). I tried the Silk Elements spray and it just makes my hair stiff and sticky. I never tried the Fantasia and I don't want to waste money trying but failing again. I already have the BMCO so I may give it a try. My hair is not nearly as long or as thick as yours so whatever your dab or small amount is would probably be double what I should use. Wish I had a way to measure that LOL! I don't like using heat too often but I'll keep this in mind when I do. Thanks!
Very pretty!
I have probably only tried 3 times in the past 3 years (I am afraid of heat damage and it never turns out well). The last time (January) I washed, DC etc. (don't remember which products but I was pro natural products) I think I added a little Giovanni leave in & the SE in the tan bottle - blow dried in sections (got my dryer at Ulta I think) - my hair was a big poofy mess (and when combing through it still seemed kinda rough IDK) - then in tiny sections I flat ironed with a little oil/grease (not sure which one
. It was probably great for bunning etc. but had no swang and it wasn't too sexy - I tried to live with it but my brother said I looked like the lady from an 80s sitcom (Al Bundy's wife)
.
and said "Quit playin."
