This is what we need to do RE:CON shampoo!

If you call the company at 1 866 340 7883 and ask them if the Shampoo has been discontinued, they will tell you no.
So I asked if the shampoo in the green and white bottle is being replaced by with a new formula in an orange bottle and the lady said yes! I said is the forumula changing, and she said yes a little bit...

so I then asked "is it possible to file a complaint?" and she said "Sure! Do you prefer the old formula?" and I said YES!!!! and she said sure I will log that to let them know.

So maybe if we reword our request AND ask to file a complaint we'd be more fruitful in our attempts.

im calling RIGHT NOW...My mom and sister nearly passed out when i told them they changed the formula...my mom sent me to 6 different stores to buy up all the bottles! Thanks...

No that wasn't me that tried it. I just told her I prefer the original one. And I do prefer it

I don't even wanna try the new formula to be honest. The old one worked for me. Shoot, that was my only staple. I'm tired of trying new products. I have to find other staples for conditioners, DCs, oils, etc, but I thought I could always count on my CON green label. I'm calling today.

We have also updated the packaging to a beautiful new look which is a bit reminiscent of the Creme of Nature many years ago which consumers preferred as well.

We do not want to lose you as a loyal consumer and I will be very happy to speak with you personally and to inform you of our plans for the Creme of Nature brand.
