Physique Amplifying Conditioner. I had a sample of this so I mixed it in with my deep conditioner (by Alterna) and let sit for about 15 minutes. Now normally after I press my hair, my hair is flat. No body, thickness, nothing! Just plain flat and boring. I was shocked to see that this conditioner lived up to its name. My hair looked very full and had great shine. I plan to buy the full size of this conditioner. Sorry if this isn't what you meant by 'thickness' -- just thought I'd share.
